Session descriptions:
Session 1:
European consumers for a long time were quite keen on buying organic goods, however, over the recent volume sales have slowed down. Inflation and supply disruptions had an effect on food market, but other factors are shaping consumer shopping decisions when it come to organic. Organic food producers need to find new ways to sell to consumers and return to sales growth in the long run. Presentation will go over case studies how focusing on supply chain, ingredient origin and health attributes can help amplify organic food sales.
